Produce at the market is picked the same day, not months before ripening. Our local farmers place priority on texture and taste, not on uniformity of size.

Pre-packaged meals are easy but lack necessary vitamins and minerals, especially for little, growing bodies. The Downtown Waterfront Market is laden with fresh fruits, vegetables and even meats, cheeses and eggs.
